9 January 2008 - Le Pagliere Reali (Florence)

In the ancient and austere charm of the Pagliere Reali in Florence, Carlo Chionna presents his Autumn - Winter 2008/2009 collection. The 9.2 and Carlo Chionna lines pass through time and find their place in the pure metropolitan essence. Applauding the modern Mona Lisas and their knights of Central Park is a host of courtiers who always appear in great numbers at the court of King Carlo: the many guests included representatives of the press and the world of show business. Gaetano Curreri of the group Stadio represented them all as he testified for his love of the Bologna brand. To make the evening even more delightful, a fully Tuscan menu had been devised for us, a cross between Florentine and nouvelle cuisine. To end in grand style, staff and friends celebrated until dawn at Yab in Via Sassetti on the first night of the Pitti Uomo exhibition.
